This interview was conducted in 1992 right before the Save Our Springs Ordinance as put to a vote of the citizens of Austin. Brigid Shea who was one of the founding members of the Save our Springs Coalition has continued her work on behalf of the Springs first as City Council member from 1992-1996. She currently serves as a Travis County Commissioner from Precinct 2
